Booking tickets is simple! Browse events on our homepage, click on the event you're interested in, select your preferred seats (if applicable), choose ticket quantity, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using MTN MoMo, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
We accept multiple payment methods including MTN MoMo (for Rwanda), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
After successful payment, you'll receive digital tickets via email with unique QR codes. You can also access your tickets anytime through the 'My Tickets' section in your account. Simply show the QR code at the event entrance for quick entry.
Refund policies vary by event and organizer. Generally, refunds are available up to 48-72 hours before the event start time. Check the specific event's refund policy on the event page or contact our support team for assistance.

Don't worry! Log into your Festivoz account and go to 'My Tickets' to access all your purchased tickets. You can also contact our support team with your order details, and we'll help you retrieve your tickets.
Yes, most tickets can be transferred to another person. Go to 'My Tickets', select the ticket you want to transfer, and follow the transfer process. The new ticket holder will receive the updated QR code via email.
To become an organizer, click 'For Organizers' in the main menu and sign up for an organizer account. You'll need to provide business details and verify your identity. Once approved, you can create and manage events, track sales, and access powerful analytics tools.
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and comply with international security standards. Your payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll be notified immediately via email and SMS. Full refunds are automatically processed within 5-7 business days. In case of postponement, your tickets remain valid for the new date, or you can request a refund.
