Overview

At SL Events, a product of ScriptyLabs Inc, we want you to be satisfied with your ticket purchases. We understand that plans can change, and we've created a fair refund policy to address various situations.

Please note that refund policies may vary by event. Some organizers may have stricter or more lenient policies. Always check the specific event's refund terms before purchasing.

Eligible for Refund

  • Event cancelled by organizer
  • Event date/time significantly changed
  • Request made 48+ hours before event
  • Duplicate purchase (same ticket bought twice)
  • Technical error during purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made less than 48 hours before event
  • Ticket already used or scanned
  • Change of personal plans
  • Inability to attend due to personal reasons
  • Free tickets or promotional tickets

Processing Fees

Refunds may be subject to the following deductions:

  • Service fee (non-refundable): 5% of ticket price
  • Payment processing fee: Varies by payment method
  • Event cancelled by organizer: Full refund including all fees

Important Notice

Refund requests must be submitted through your SL Events account. We cannot process refunds requested via email or phone. Make sure to check the specific event's refund policy as some organizers may have different terms.
